LED lamps
LEDs save compared to halogen lamps with the identical illuminating power up to 85% of energy. At the same time the immense light density of LEDs led to a a strong dazzle-effect which used to be a big problem with almost all of LED lamps and lights. Already from up to 300 lumen nobody is able to look directly into a LED without being disturbed.
At this point we saw a huge and fundamental potential of improvement.
LightUnit LED
To not get the dazzle-effect with high illuminating-power, LEDs have to fulfill two constructive functions:
The maximal distance between the inner lens and LED. The outer lens mounted solidly.
The inner lens screwed up to the LED. Satined glass instead of an outer lens.
Inner lens and outer lens dissembled. Satined glass produce an optimal diffusion.
Every LightUnit LED provides all necessary shielding angles that are useful for modern conceptions of light. This way it is still possible to adjust the wanted light scenario on the construction site.
LED lamps, technical facts
Almost all LED lamps and lights provide less that 800 lm luminous flux because of their type of construction. That is why their use for professional lighting-tasks is limited.
LightUnit LED
Our innovative LightUnit LED reaches more than twice of the luminous flux compared to the known LEDs of similar construction types. With this innovation it qualifies itself for lighting-tasks in commercial and public buildings.
LED lamps
The color rendering of LEDs depends basically on the quality of the used LED-chip. The portion of cheap LED lamps with a low color rendering index is accordingly high. The color rendering of most of these LEDs and energy-saving lamps is perceived as more cold and wan.
LightUnit LED
For the construction of our LightUnit LED we use exclusively the most powerful and durable LED-chips. This way we gain an optimal color rendering which practically does not differ anymore from halogen-bulbs at 2700K and fulfills the highest requirements in commercial and industrial use at 3000K.
LED lamps
One of the most important economic and ecological advantages of LEDs is their rated lifespan. With bad thermal-management
at the transition from the chip to the cooling element will this be highly reduced in most cases. On the other hand the often unprotected LEDs that are built in lamps, might prematurely fail because of dust and dirt or in connection with insects.
LightUnit LED
With our LightUnit LED we perfectly balanced the thermal-management with a luminous flux of 2000 lumen. By using an especially developed thermal compounds we optimize the heat transfer between the LED-chip and the cooling element and lenses and glass that are located in a solid protective case. This way all requirements are created to reach the rated lifespan.
